Who are we?
We are Talofa Palms. Aptly named as we’re based in Talofa and living on a palm tree farm.
We’re a family run business, based in the tropical backdrop of Byron Bay Hinterlands.
Our trees are well taken care of, and are incredibly hardy, from very wet winters to very hot and dry summers, these trees will stand tall and take it all.
What are Canary Island Palms?
If we’re going to get scientific - we can refer to them as The Phoenix Canariensis, or you may like to call them Pineapple Palms, due to the crown of the tree resembling, you’ve guessed it, A pineapple.
These trees are incredibly versatile, albeit they are native to the Canary Islands, just off the coast of Africa, they are perfectly acclimatised to the somewhat tropical weather in Northern NSW.
